Ashwani Mehta ensures BloomWell centres run with seamless efficiency and compliance. With over 20 years of service at the Waterloo Regional Police and eight years as Director of Victim Services, he has built strong bridges across diverse communities. Fluent in five languages, he brings exceptional leadership in both public service and childcare.
In addition to his community leadership, Mr. Mehta has over 8 years of Direct Childcare Centre Management experience, giving him a unique understanding of the needs of children, families, and educators. His leadership style is rooted in respect and collaboration, fostering a positive workplace culture that empowers educators and enriches children’s experiences. His operational vision continues to guide BloomWell’s expansion while ensuring every centre exceeds industry standards in quality childcare.
