Monica is an experienced Early Childhood Educator with a proven track record of nurturing children and mentoring educators across diverse age groups — from infants to Grade 3. She earned her Early Childhood Education Diploma from George Brown College and continues to advance her professional learning through Conestoga College, where she has completed specialized studies in Pedagogical Leadership.

A lifelong learner, Monica is passionate about staying at the forefront of new ideas and best practices in early childhood education. She is a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with the College of Early Childhood Educators and an active member of the Association for Early Childhood Educators of Ontario (AECEO).

Before discovering her calling in early childhood education, Monica earned a Degree in Human Resources Administration with a Minor in Marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). This foundation allows her to combine her love for child development with strong leadership and business acumen — making her a natural fit for her role as Manager, Training at BloomWell Childcare Centres.
In her current position, Monica leads educator training and professional development initiatives across BloomWell Centres, ensuring that every team member is supported, inspired, and equipped to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences. For her, empowering educators and helping children thrive is not just a profession, it’s a passion and a purpose.
